This policy explains what personal information and design files we collect, why we hold them, and how you can access or correct them.
What we collect
We collect the details you give us: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, order history, and any notes or enquiries you send. If you request custom work we also collect the CAD files, drawings, and specifications you upload.
Design files and drawings
Files you upload for quoting are stored so we can quote, produce, and re-run your parts. We treat them as confidential and do not share them with anyone outside the workshop, or use them for our own products, without your permission.
Why we collect it
To quote and produce work, take payment, arrange delivery, provide support and warranty service, keep manufacturing traceability records, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with couriers to deliver your order, our payment provider to take payment, and our accountant or IT providers where required. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store data overseas.
How long we keep it
Order and traceability records are kept for at least [7] years to meet Australian record-keeping requirements. Design files are kept so repeat orders can be re-run; ask us if you would like yours removed.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the internet.
Cookies
