An order placed through this website is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or a supplied file cannot be cut safely — and will refund anything already paid.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices for custom work are based on the material, thickness, cut length, pierce count, and finishing agreed at quoting. Quotes are valid for [30] days and assume the specification does not change.
By supplying a file you confirm you own the design or have permission to have it made, and that producing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your design; we keep ownership of our own tooling, nesting, and process data. We may hold your files so repeat orders can be re-run.
CNC plasma cutting is a thermal process. Expect a cut edge with some taper, dross, and heat-affected zone, and dimensional variation consistent with the process and material thickness. Where a tighter tolerance or a specific edge finish matters, tell us before production so it can be quoted and confirmed in writing.
Quoted lead times are estimates made in good faith and depend on workload and material supply. We will tell you promptly if a job will run late.
You may cancel an order for stocked goods before dispatch. Custom work can be cancelled before we begin cutting; once material has been consumed or production started, you may be charged for work already done.
Risk passes to you on delivery or pickup. Title in the goods stays with us until payment is received in full.
Unless we have expressly agreed in writing that a part is engineered for a specific structural or load-bearing use, parts are supplied as fabricated items and you are responsible for confirming they suit your application. Where a part is safety-critical, have it assessed by a qualified engineer.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can be limited, ours is limited to replacing the goods, resupplying them, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or downtime.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
